Samsung is About to Reveal Its First ‘Stretchable’ OLED Display

Samsung is About to Reveal Its First ‘Stretchable’ display panel at a U.S. tech fair this week, according to news reports from South Korea.

 

Samsung will present this week at the Society for Information Display 2017, which will take place in Los Angeles 2017, a 9.1 “AMOLED elastic screen, according to the information, it can stretch up to 12 mm without losses with regard to resolution.

At the Korea Heral, Samsung revealed that it will also feature a 1.96” display with Ultra HD 4K (3840×2160) resolution and a density of 2250 ppi and not only that it will be also a 3D OLED screen for virtual reality.
